2) Import from CompMngr: Import your competitor list and entry data from CompMngr. DancePay automatically builds payment links for each competitor.
3) Competitors pay online: Send competitors their payment link by email. They pay by credit or debit card — no etransfers, no cash, no errors.
4) Track and export: Monitor payment status in real time from your dashboard. Export the payment report back to CompMngr and close out your event with complete records.

Does DancePay replace CompMngr?: No. DancePay adds online payment capability alongside CompMngr. You keep your existing competition management workflow; we handle the money.
How do I get paid?: DancePay uses Stripe Connect so funds flow directly from the competitor's card to your Stripe account. We never hold your money.
Do I need a Stripe account?: Yes. You connect your own Stripe account during sign-up. Stripe is free to join and deposits funds on their standard schedule.
What payment methods are supported?: All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe. Additional payment methods can be enabled depending on your Stripe plan.
Is competitor payment data stored by DancePay?: No. Card details are processed and stored entirely by Stripe. DancePay only receives payment status — never card numbers or banking information.
What is your refund policy?: Refund policies are set by the competition organizer. DancePay supports issuing refunds through Stripe. See our Terms for details.
