DancePay is a payment facilitation service for ballroom dance competition organizers, operated by Norair Consulting Corp. (Vaughan, Ontario, Canada). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

3. How we use your information

We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

4. Payment processing by Stripe

All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. through the Stripe Connect platform. When a competitor pays through DancePay, their card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment form and are never transmitted to or stored by DancePay.

Stripe's own privacy policy governs the data they collect and process. You can review it at stripe.com/privacy.

6. Data storage and retention

Data is stored on secure servers in Canada or the United States. We retain organizer account data for the duration of the account relationship plus up to seven (7) years as required for tax and financial record-keeping purposes. Payment transaction records are retained as required by applicable law.

You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at hello@dancepay.ca. Note that certain records may be retained for legal compliance purposes even after a deletion request.

We use HTTPS for all data in transit. Access to stored data is restricted to authorized personnel. Payment data security is managed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant.
