About DancePay
DancePay is a payment facilitation platform built specifically for the ballroom dance competition community. We help competition organizers collect entry fees and ticket payments online — replacing the error-prone etransfer and cash processes that most events still rely on today.
What we do
DancePay connects competition organizers to Stripe, allowing competitors to pay their entry fees and spectators to purchase tickets online. Payments go directly to the organizer's Stripe account — we never hold funds on your behalf.
We integrate with CompMngr, the industry standard software for managing ballroom dance competitions, so organizers can import competitor data and export payment reports without changing their existing workflow.

Our customers are ballroom dance competition organizers across Canada and beyond — small local events, regional championships, and large multi-day competitions.
We built DancePay because we know this community firsthand. The friction of manual payments creates real headaches: wrong amounts, missing references, last-minute cash runs. DancePay eliminates all of that.

DancePay is a product of Norair Consulting Corp., a Canadian software company founded to build tools for niche communities that mainstream software ignores. We are the same team behind Scrutineer Pro, the offline-first scoring platform for ballroom competitions.
Location
We are based in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. Our products are governed by Canadian law and we operate in compliance with PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy legislation.
Powered by Stripe
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, one of the world's leading payment infrastructure providers. DancePay uses Stripe Connect so that funds flow directly to the organizer's connected Stripe account. We do not store or have access to card numbers or banking credentials.
By using DancePay, organizers agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement in addition to our own Terms of Service.
